We require individuals with access to your customer information to protect it and keep it confidential. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulatory standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you except as described in this notice.
We may disclose the nonpublic personal information we collect about you, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements and to other third parties, all as permitted by law. Many employers, benefit plans or plan sponsors restrict the information that can be shared about their employees or members by companies that provide them with products or services. The Farmshine includes affiliates that offer a variety of financial products and services in addition to insurance. Sharing information enables our affiliates to offer you a more complete range of products and services. We may disclose nonpublic personal information, as described above in Information We Collect, to our affiliates, which include: Financial service providers such as insurance companies and reciprocals, investment companies, underwriters and brokers/dealers. Non-financial service providers, such as management companies, attorneys-in-fact and billing companies. We are permitted by law to share information with our affiliates about our transactions with you. In addition, we may share consumer report information, such as information from our custom credit reports and certain application information, received from you and from third parties, such as consumer reporting agencies and insurance support organizations.
If you prefer that we not share consumer report information with our affiliates, except as otherwise permitted by law, you may request an Opt-Out Form by talking to our field agents,We will implement your request within a reasonable time after we receive the form an opt-out sms will be sent to your registered phone number. If you decide not to opt-out or if you have previously submitted a request to opt-out on each of your policies, no further action is required. Modifications to our Privacy Policy We reserve the right to change our privacy practices in the future, which may include sharing nonpublic personal information about you with nonaffiliated third parties. Before we make any changes, we will provide you with a revised privacy notice and give you the opportunity to opt-out of that type of information sharing.

Farmshine policy is to protect the confidentiality of the individually identifiable information that you provide, and to limit access to that information only to those with a need to know. Field agent may collect your name, address, phone number,location details,land details and e-mail address at this site. We will use this information to provide you information you request, to refer you to a Field agent, to refer you to a third party service provider or to comply with a legal requirement. Our policy is to restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you only to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you or to provide necessary technical support. In addition to the information you provide us, we collect information about your activities while using our mobile apps. While you are logged in our mobile apps, we log IP addresses (a number assigned to your device when you use the Internet), browser and platform types, domain names, access times, referral data (the last site or URL you visited before logging into our site and the first site or URL you visit after leaving our site), and your activity while using or reviewing our site. We obtain the information by using cookies.
Farmshine also uses cookies in the user area of the site to store authentication information automatically password token (optionally) so that the user does not have to repeatedly retype the information. For users' convenience, this cookie is stored for subsequent sessions. User area cookies are also used to identify valid users in order to protect access to their specific user information and to personalize their experience on the site. The web server also creates cookies to uniquely identify each user session when a member visits the site. This latter cookie is automatically deleted at the end of a session. No personal identifying information is stored on any cookie nor do we retain any information from cookies on our databases.
Farmshine may preserve for any period of time it deems appropriate all information you provide.
